Thieves charge extra for post and pocket it themselves. Call Australia post if they try to charge you extra post costs. Do not trust.
When I ask them help me pack the Christmas gift send back to my home country . They help a lot !! Really good !!
Staff are rude and not very helpful. Needs a lot of work on their customer service. They make me not want to go in there but I have to as hardly any thing gets delivered to Hynam.

Pathetic post-office. Useless! Sent my package to the wrong address. They never leave a post card in the mail box, and then when we go collect the package, due to the fact we have tracking! They accuse us of losing the card. Pathetic!
